A calibration bath is a high-precision unit that has been specially developed for the exact calibration of temperature probes, sensors and measuring devices. With an outstanding temperature stability of ±0.01 °C in accordance with DIN 12876-2, these circulators ensure maximum accuracy. Models with a cooling machine cover working temperatures from -30 °C to +200 °C, while calibration baths are suitable for temperatures up to +300 °C. The calibration baths are available in different sizes and with different bath openings and depths, so there is a suitable model for every application. To guarantee long-term measurement accuracy, the calibration baths feature the innovative ATC10 function. With this function, temperature sensors can be adjusted at 10 individual temperature points to correct deviations caused by environmental factors such as temperature changes, vibrations, humidity or material fatigue. An outstanding feature of the calibration baths is the integrated programmer, which allows up to 8x60 steps. This function allows individual temperature sequences to be precisely programmed and called up according to defined controlling parameters. The start time can be set flexibly, and setpoints, duration, Number of runs, defined Final states and profile series can be adjusted. This comprehensive control option offers maximum control and flexibility for a wide range of applications.

A special calibration bath insert has been developed for even better temperature uniformity. Thanks to a multitude of small openings in the base of the bath insert, the perfectly tempered bath fluid is distributed very evenly throughout the entire bath, ensuring even more precise calibration results
External calibration bath for the calibration of 30 temperature sensors
The insulated temperature control vessel can be used in combination with any MAGIO circulator. The calibration chamber works with an overflow principle, whereby the temperature-controlled bath fluid is manifolded very evenly throughout the entire bath. This allows a temperature uniformity of 0.08°C to be achieved in accordance with DIN 12876-2.
