Customer requirement:
The JULABO customer orders a FlexiRack consisting of a PRESTO W50, a flow control system and a valve box. The customer would like to integrate the complete solution into his test line. To do this, he needs a type of quick coupling to enable simple connection and disconnection of the components to be tested. No solution in this form is available on the market, as the connection of the components themselves is customer-specific.
JULABO solution:
JULABO designs and manufactures the required quick coupling based on the connections provided by the customer. As there are two different connections, two customized connections were produced. The connections were marked as type A and type B. The customer was very satisfied with the functionality and the connection to his test specimens. In the meantime, more of this type have already been ordered.
